Can you add custom block support for mods such as Tekkit Lite?

Some blocks have data values, eg 2001:1.

Just thought of this as I'm making this ticket:
Maybe Multiverse adds the worlds to the bukkit list as the plugin loads, but MRL loads before it, so the worlds aren't found.

When server is shutting down by /stop, I get this huge error from mrl ..

%mine name% is now 50% STONE. (if %age != 100:) 20% of %mine name% hasn't been set.

i have new block in my server and i cant add him in the mrl mine... "please select a bloc" but it's a bloc... id 3001

i'm can't set tp for mines why and it wont players tp

Kinda a bug because I think I intended to add it, but got lazy.

I restart server and found mine reset prematurely.

If the player is inside coordinates of the mine, but in a different world, they'll be teleported to the world of the mine that's resetting.

Such that people may make custom messages, etc. Probably just dump phrases.properties to plugins/MineResetLite. Also will allow for easy I18n.
