Reserve rooms with LDH

When the controller is reserved, sources have 3000 energy instead of 1500.

Create new role LDH_reserver

Spawns should check their LDHs periadocally (20 ticks)

  • exists LDH_reserver in LDH room?
  • is it reservable?

If so, spawn a creep

  • target: the ROOM
  • sign: custom info
  • distance: ticks it took from spawn to controller. Used for premature spawning of the next one.
  • CLAIM, MOVE
