When i try to run the following command in order to preprocess my data:

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${HOME}/local/lib:${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}
./preproc/data_prep_pipeline.sh <path/to/BioASQ_json_file> <path/to/MeSH2015_xml> <output_directory>

i get a series of errors (boost version, glog library, c++ compilation).

Could you please provide me a more detailed description for this stage, or provide me another automated solution for applying this pipeline to any BioASQ dataset version.
