Great document! Thanks for taking the trouble to do this. Also a real pleasure to read a support document that uses English well.
I have one minor comment regarding the section that includes "Outside-In can give you a marginally better surface finish ...". I have always understood that Outside-In gives better dimensional accuracy, rather than better surface finish. I mostly stick to Inside-Out anyway, for its better overhang performance but just occasionally I come across a part that demands a very accurate hole size (e.g. a connector for aluminium extrusion), then I find Outside-In is useful.
