Welcome to the Bitcoin Price Predictor project! This repository contains a predictive model built with the powerful FB Prophet library to forecast Bitcoin prices for the next year.

This project aims to predict the price of Bitcoin over the next 12 months using historical data and advanced time series forecasting methods provided by FB Prophet.

Before you begin, ensure you have the following installed:

• Python 3.7+
• FB Prophet (pip install fbprophet)
• Pandas (pip install pandas)
• Matplotlib (pip install matplotlib)
• Jupyter Notebook (optional, for running the notebook interactively)

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/Jimil1407/bitcoin_price_predictor.git
   cd bitcoin-price-predictor
   

2. Run the prediction:
   • Open the bitcoin_predictor.ipynb Jupyter notebook.
   • Follow the steps to load data, train the model, and make predictions.

   • It directly fetches data from Yahoo Finance, make sure you change the date according to your needs.

2. Run the prediction:

   • Execute the notebook or script to generate forecasts for the next year.

3. Visualize the results:

   • The notebook will output charts showing historical data and predicted prices.

Once the model is trained, you’ll get a Bitcoin value in USD for the specified date.
