Excuse me, in raw_ data/national/SafeGraph/cty, what does each column and each row of visits represent?

I can't seem to find the data source for data/interventions.csv. It seems
to me that it is a processed version of raw_data/national/public_implementations_fips.csv,
but I cannot find documentation for the source of that data.

Hi! Could anyone who contribute to the dataset tell me when there’s an empty spot in the intervention date, is there no data available or is there no interventions applied in that county?

As you may know, some states are rolling back their rollbacks. In other words, lifting a restriction only to start enforcing it again a month later. Do you have any plans to support a rollback on a rollback for policies in interventions.csv? Thanks!

Are there any plans to add public school rollback data in the data/interventions.csv file? The rollback could be the date that schools reopen in-person classes. I know that there are some school districts that are already meeting in person. It would be very useful to be able to study the effects of reopening schools. Thanks for your consideration!

Problem
For many interventions for many states, that dates are identical for all counties. This suggests that (a) interventions were imposed at the state, rather than the county, level and/or (b) county-level data were not available or collected. Treating data that is actually state-level as county-level downwardly biases standard errors and gives a false perception of estimate precision.

Suggested resolution
It would be useful to include a column of metadata (or a column of metadata for every intervention, if necessary) indicating the unit of observation to which a given intervention date applies: county or state.

It looks like data in the file interventions.csv has not been updated since July 9th. Are there plans to continue updating this data?
