I am sending bulk emails to my users using sendgrid-mustache within node.js. I am looking for result from send-grid (e.g. click, delivered, Processed, Dropped, Bounce) for each my emails. can it is possible or any alternative?

I am getting error "Invalid JSON response from server" in callback. but email(s) is delivered successfully. I don't understand, why it is throwing error? and How to track that Emails status. like each email is delivered, bounced, spammed, clicked etc...
