On file view, show the name of the file

When reviewing code, the file changes may expand past the height of the browser window, and rather than having to scroll up the page to see what file you're looking at, have it someplace handy.

Split screen pull requests

Split screen would be very handy for pull request code reviews. If reviewing a unit test, it might be nice to have a split screen (much like vim :split or :hsplit) to view the class under test changes without having to scroll and lose focus.

Feature Request: bottom of file collapse

In the files view, it would be very nice to be able to collapse from there rather than having to scroll all the way to the top, especially if the files are very long.
