Adjust YAML config camera to be a list of arrays; and have script iterate through each camera.

Include device name in output filename to isolate archive footage (if throwing all files in the same directory)

Need to account for the end device not being up (or momentarily going down).

Currently we don't handle this; need to make it pass or something so that it will gracefully recover.

currently, multiple cameras simple iterate througha for loop. since each loop iteration has methods that take time (and delays are purposefully added); if the script has a large number of cameras to go through, we are missing opportunities to rotate/move files on other devices while waiting for one.

mutli-processing should be added so that each camera gets its own process and then we dont need to worry about this.
