Add info about methods-mover to README
Enforce alphabetical order to check reproducibility
Right now there is no fixed order for classes and methods in the output. It means that two consecutive runs may produce different files.
Some moves create cyclic dependencies between gradle modules
Throw explicit exceptions instead of TODO comments
Log filtration statistics
A lot of methods are filtered out. Need to output number of filtered methods for each filter. Also a good idea is to rearrange filters to make statistics more meaningful.
Classes in the output are duplicated
Add Spring to data folder
JDK classes and methods can't be resolved
I've checked, during runtime JDK for project is set correctly. So, reasons for the error are mysterious.
Make module restrictions weaker
Right now RelevantClasses class allows as target classes only classes from the same module. Method may be placed to parent module as well.
Check that inner classes are considered
extractClasses method from ExtractingUtils was rewritten. Now it just gets all classes from file. But does it get inner classes that way?
