Edit color library

Init of the sensors

The sensors of the targets have to be calibrated before the game starts.

-> ScanTargets() : should test if this sensor is useful ( sensor can regonize a laser shot)

send message to tell the target to init the sensor and save the mac for the answer (against interferences)
target do initSensor() and sends the result back to the server
Server decide based on the result if the target is included in the next game or not
