Since I prefer USB-C ports I had the bright idea to add one to the board and use pogo-pins to connect the D+ and D- signals to the pads on the bottom of the Teensy. Unfortunately, it turns out the D+/D- pads on the Teensy are not connected to the D+/D- signals of the on-board micro-USB connector, but are for the USB-HOST functionality instead. So this idea simply does not work. I did try modifying the Teensy by cutting the traces leading away from the D+/D- pads and wiring them to the D+/D- pins of the micro-USB port. This works, but it's finicky and the result is flimsy, so I decided to abandon that idea and just accept that I'll have to use the micro-usb port.

This could work on the Teensy 4.1, which does have the micro-USB signals broken out through a pin-header, but it seems like overkill to switch to a 4.1 just for that since it's more expensive and we don't need the extra pins or the card-reader.

TODO: Remove the USB-C port from the design and move the Teensy closer to the edge of the board to make it easier to access through an enclosure.
