Display trail information when a trial on the map is clicked.

By using the Xamarin MessagingCenter, it might be possible to automatically subscribe to updates associated with the nearest trail. That would allow all users on the trail to message each other if they so choose, thereby finding a partner. It might also fulfill the requirement for messaging other users in real time. The client would have to give his okay at the next acceptance meeting.

An alternative would be developing a forum for each trail, though that would require a dedicated server somewhere for the app to connect to.
