Edit the README to use ascii and have at most 80 characters per line.

For example, in centered text, we have the underlining extending to the left margin:

Need to finish #1 and add a script to generate an archive with TDS for release to CTAN.

There are too many callbacks going on all the time. And function like remove_instances slow things down as well. All of this needs to be refactored so that only one pass is done through any head list.

This needs documentation to be a proper package

The vpack_filter should allow underlining in tabulars, but it is not working.
