Depreciation warning on Ember 2.1.0

I bumped into this depreciation after updating Ember to 2.1.0:

DEPRECATION: The `initialize` method for Application initializer 'growl' should take only one argument - `App`, an instance of an `Application`.

The easiest fix would be to just change initializer. However, I think that it is rather more useful to remove initializer at all and provide just a service object. Thus, user would inject it where needed not in each route and controller.

What do you think?

Keep getting build error

Hi @jerel , so i was using this growl and keep getting build error related to growl-manager.css. like this below.
ENOENT: no such file or directory, stat '/Users/***/*****/*******/tmp/concat_with_maps-input_base_path-PaSsGhd8.tmp/0/components/growl-manager.css'
I was trying to look inside tmp dir found out that the growl-manager.css is on app/styles/components/growl-manager.css. it happened that the build was calling it in the wrong dir. any idea why i am getting this?

Cannot read property 'value' of undefined when growl is closed

I got this error when after growl is closed. Sometime, growl does not automatically closed at all, seems like there is a problem with Glimmer engine while rendering this node.

My Ember version: 1.13.8

A helper named `unboundIf` could not be found

Simply installed, put the stuff in application.hbs and growling something gave me this error.
I am running ember-cli-growl 1.0.2 with ember ember-cli 0.2.3 and ember 1.11.1.
