Kubekit

Kubekit is a set of tools to help create Custom Resources for Kubernetes. Its goal is to provide a common library to create a set of Custom Resource Controllers.

Set up versioning so patches don't matter

Currently, this is hardpinned to 1.9.3. We should allow users of 1.9.1, 1.9.2 & 1.9.4 to use this package as well.

Move off of glog

Implement our own interface that takes Infof and Printf and set up a Logger that adheres to this.

Use the created ClientSet to create a Helper.

We generate a client that knows all about the generated CRDs. It should be possible to use this client to get a RESTMapping and generate a new *resource.Helper.
