This repository provides New Relic APM add-on for Jelastic Platform

New Relic APM is a tool for the advanced monitoring of your Java app’s performance based on a number of application server metrics like response time, throughput, error rates, data transfer size, etc.

Type of nodes this add-on can be applied to:

• Tomcat 6
• Tomcat 7
• Tomcat 8
• Tomcat 9
• Tomee
• Jetty 6
• Jetty 8
• Jetty 9

New Relic APM allows to gather and analyze the corresponding data within your New Relic account for diagnosing possible problems in your project's productivity and boosting its efficiency.
New Relic APM is designed with the flexibility to monitor apps in any language, on any hosting configuration, and across any configuration of backend or 3rd party services. Integrate in minutes, and get access to your application performance data immediately.

The initial settings for the installation:

• "Application name" is mandatory, your application name must be filled in.
• "License key" is mandatory, your license key must be filled in. If you do not have it then trial key (0000000000000000000000000000000000000000) can be used.

In order to get this solution instantly deployed, click the "Get It Hosted Now" button, specify your email address within the widget, choose one of the Jelastic Public Cloud providers and press Install.

To deploy this package to Jelastic Private Cloud, import this JPS manifest within your dashboard (detailed instruction).
