1. have a main element that contains all other elements
2. have a title element, that describes the subject of the tribute page
3. have a div image element
4. within the div have an image element with corresponding image
5. within image div there should be a corresponding text content describing the image
6. tribute info element contains text content describing subject of tribute page
7. a tag with corresponding link which links to outside site that contains additional info about subject
8. image element should respond resize without exceeding original size
9. image element should be centered within the parent element.
