This library aim to provide integration of different libraries used for neuroscience with HPC facilities.
Currently the library is organized in 3 levels:
- Unified install and env system for all third part applications used
- Stand alone application wrappers that can be invoked by terminal or imported as a library
- Automated execution functions using ALCF Balsam
These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes. See deployment for notes on how to deploy the project on a live system.
What things you need to install the software and how to install them
- Neuroglancer
- CloudVolume
- Knossos Utils
- ffn
- etc
