components not displayed in UI

on my lab zenoss v3.2.1, after adding a device and assigning the modeler plugins, the component types (Service Groups, Servers, Interfaces, Virtual Servers) are listed in the menu on the left, but selecting a component type does not display those components on the right side content panel, the display drop down is also empty.

These traps are of Event Class Unknown and I think these traps should be Severity = Clear.

Missing performance data and relationships with systems partitions

Hello,

We are using System Partitions to segment the load balancer.
Only Servers, Service Groups and Virtual Servers in the "shared" partition are displayed correctly.

Service Group Servers:
"TRS":TRS-AS-P01,80,

Partitioned strings are displaying differently than shared strings:
RBA Partition:
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.22610.2.4.3.2.1.2.1.1.16.34.84.82.83.34.58.84.82.83.45.65.83.45.80.48.49 = STRING: ""TRS":TRS-AS-P01"
Shared partition:
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.22610.2.4.3.2.1.2.1.1.14.73.83.45.77.65.82.73.65.68.66.45.80.48.49 = STRING: "IS-MARIADB-P01"
