The error message says that the program is trying to convert an empty string to a float on line 33, inside the get_inputs() function. This is happening because the .get() method is called on the Entry widgets before the user has had a chance to enter any input.

The lines where the .get() method is called should be moved to a separate function that is called after the user clicks the "Submit" button. This function should be bound to the "Submit" button's "command" attribute, so that it gets called when the button is clicked. The function should then take the values from the Entry widgets, convert them to floats (or ints, as appropriate), and assign them to the variables that are to be used later in the program.
