Roots 🪴

I've done quite a lot of different stuff (C# desktop apps, .NET web APIs, Vue.js frontends, GraphQL, ...) - currently looking to expand into some new languages (Go/Rust)

My experience and skills 🧑🏻‍💻

I am well established as a full-stack web dev but my most recent work is primarily concentrated around front end (TypeScript, React, Next.js, Vite, Tailwind, React-query, etc.)

Current status 🚥

I contribute as a contractor to big projects on a daily basis - either adding, fixing or improving the main project or developing various isolated modules from the scratch or other company standalone software of different sizes that is either for internal use or directly facing the users.

My contributions are lost in the Boötes Void (company's repo of choice is GitLab) 🌀

Runners won't draw on rectangle fields

Runners have wrong positions on rectangle fields.

Movement of runners

Runners class is ready but we need mechanics for their running.

Runners running logic for bombs

Runners need to run away from bombs

Variable size of field

It would be nice if we could make the size of the field variable - like X * Y
Also now we have static Settings class. We should set the size of the field in seperate window and then save this size to Settings class.

Thanos button

Use thanos button to reduce the population of runners to half.

Update draw, movement and bomb

Make a system to update all entities of the project.

Bombs

Add logic for bombs drawing and detonation

IM button

Use IM button to bring back half the population of runners.

Bad sizes of Runners when having different X and Y for Field size

When you have different X and Y the sizes of Runners are not like they should be. When yoiu have a square like field (X == Y) everything works just fine.

Moving Update and Draw into seperate Threads

We will use Threads to Update the behaviour of Entities and seperate Thread to Draw them
