Characters whose names are in writing systems without letter case (e.g. Chinese, Korean) won't be created because the name validation regex fails. Related to/extended case of #1.

The circle on the spherical badges generated by Best Signatures that used to show a character's spec now shows their race (class is still shown as before). Not sure if this is a configuration parameter that needs to be passed to the Best Signatures API, or something that needs to be fixed on Best Signatures' end due to WoW Armory API changes.

I'm a little confused.

I'll give you an example, you'll see what I mean. When searching for a character with an acute accent for example: Líchwrath (Eu Alonsus) the updater works fine. When then searching for Lupínotuum (Eu Alonsus) it returns an error because its trying to encode the URL as Lup%C3%ADnotuum and of course the url Lup%C3%ADnotuum.png would never return anything.

How come Líchwrath does not get URL Encoded yet Lupínotuum does even though they both use the í character.
