ios 8.1.2, tested in Safari and Chrome (41.0.2272.58)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit link in Facebook app that opens in the in-app browser
2. Tap second from right icon in upper right corner and select "Copy Link"
3. Switch to browser and visit cntrlc
4. Tap input box

• Chrome: "Paste" option comes up, but doesn't paste when selected
• Safari: "Paste" option doesn't come up

Workaround:

1. Paste link from Facebook app into address bar
2. Select and copy just-pasted text in address bar
3. Paste into input box

Currently, it's stuck on the "Loading" spinner page forever.

When the socket connection is broken, there's a message in the UI. When the connection is restored, the message goes away, but the page doesn't work until the user does a hard-refresh.

Implement the "escaped fragment" thingy, as well as a real url for the about page.
