Title + in case something other than minecraft: is present (modname:), then simply do nothing

Reason

Message longer than 256 characters which is sent to server by client, will break the network connection. This won't affect integrated server, because it use memory for packet exchange (AFAIK).

Error message

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException: String too big (was 267 characters, max 256)

Introduce a new command named /tpchats (s for server), which is registered on server-side. And client does not to installed it for using it. This should be compatibale with /tpchat at the same time.

Introduce a new sub-command named /tpchat world. It's syntax should be: /tpchat world [<dimension>] [<location>] [<description>].

Anybody know how to produce multiple mod versions for different Minecraft versions from the same source code?

And how to publish all these versions in a GitHub Action?
