Access to scripts for analysis associate with Genomics England data (Figures 2-5, and scripts that generate underlying data for Figure 7) require approved access from the Genomics England Research Network (https://www.genomicsengland.co.uk/research/academic/join-research-network).

Once access has been obtained, the location of the scripts on the GE Research Environement are listed in GE_analysis_scripts(Fig2-Fig5).sh
