salor-retail's Issues

That old rmagic

Hi! While installing the bundle for salor-retail, I was flummoxed by this problem with rmagic:
rmagick/rmagick#61
however, a change to the Gemfile fixed it:
-gem 'rmagick', '2.13.1'
+gem 'rmagick', '2.13.2'

rmagic pushed out that minor release to fix this issues, so I imagine using the more up-to-date- gem is OK?

testing on windows plateform

hello i have been able to use it on my debian distro but i have been trying to install on my windows pc and i have been strugling to do so. am a newbie to ruby and i am still trying to find my around. Can you please tell me what i can do to make it work on windows.

Gem install issues with Ruby 1.9.2

On my system running Ubuntu 15.04, when trying to use Ruby 1.9.2 as a local version (using rbenv as a version manager), I get a few gem installation errors similar to this one:

Gem::InstallError: execjs requires Ruby version >= 1.9.3.

Using latest 1.9.3 release instead of 1.9.2 which is suggested in the readme file fixes it for me.
Please consider updating the installation instructions, if that's the case.

(Disclaimer: I might have deleted the gemlock file prior to running bundle install, maybe this is the cause)

Payment method Delete

When the original payment methods are deleted or replaced with new names to reflect different transactions, AJAX stops working. The transaction reports error in: order complete. Certainly all the payment methods are there, but it doesn't recognize them anymore.

My solution was to restore the original table with the original values and then everything came back to normal, but this can affect the ability to report transactions other than the default ones stored in the table originally.

Unable to create db

When i try to create db using "bundle exec rake db:create "
i get this error

Using database set by environment variable SR_DEBIAN_SITEID (none)
rake aborted!
database configuration does not specify adapter

Tasks: TOP => db:create
(See full trace by running task with --trace)
