Make image configurable

Currently the container images are all static. Allow all container images to be configured per user requirements, eg. jarrpa/gluster-fedora-minimal:dev and gluster/glusterfileclone:latest

SELinux permission denied on docker run

can't load package: package github.com/gluster/anthill/cmd/anthill: open /go/src/github.com/gluster/anthill/cmd/anthill: permission denied

need to add the :Z flag to the -v <volume path>:Z

make fails with error recipe for target codegen failed

make fails with the below error.

Some prerequisites is missing in documentation

$ make
