Add the ability to some folders based on their name containing a keyword

When opening the already running program from the system tray it does not get focused automatically and instead opens behind any already opened programs

Sometimes flattening folders does not seem to work. If the program deletes files from a folder during cleaning and after that the folder contains just one item it seems to not flatten the folder in the same cleaning run although the option "flatten folder only containing one item" is turned on. During the next run the folder is then flattened.

The program does not close completely when you open it, start cleaning, reopen it using the task icon and then close it using the close button of the window.

Currently the logs only include filenames but it would be helpful if they also included the relative file path starting at the start-menu folder
