Error after gem installation

I try to open SQL Anywhere 16 database by ruby script.

After installation ffi-sybase gem (https://github.com/jarib/ffi-sybase):

Could not open library 'sybct_r64': sybct_r64: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory. (LoadError)
Could not open library 'libsybct_r64.so': libsybct_r64.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

How to install sybct_r64 lib on Ubuntu 14.04?
