On http://fll16.jaredhk.com/troubleshooting.html the contact forms links to the now obsolete WordPress domain.

The contact form is now in the footer of all pages and can be accessed directly via its JotForm link: https://form.jotform.com/62706930709157

Don't know why..? Will investigate.

The link to join the email updates from the sidebar is broken on some pages. It should be linked to https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/fllupdates/join

The thumbnail photo on the contact page points to the thumbnail for the Practice Scoring System. The destination URL just needs to be changes in the index.html file. No graphic currently exists so either it needs to be created or it can point to a generic color.

The contact box on the home page opens to an external link to Jot Form. This is obsolete and should either point to the Google Form or a hook should just be placed in the footer.
