Hello, can you please update this plugin for the new IntelliJ version. Just changing the manifest did not work so I guess the code must be updated as well.

Suggestion

1. The Community Material Theme repository is currently very unsearchable
   to those who don't already have it starred, or use Useful Forks.
2. This could be alleviated by changing the name of the repository to reflect it's uniqueness.
3. I would recommend community-material-theme-jetbrains (or something shorter)
4. This would make searching for this free alternative much easier for users like myself.

I have no qualms of you forking the project, after all it was an open source project until now so according to the MIT License it can be distributed as long as you start maintaining it; however:

• Please do not remove me or Chris from the authors
• Please include a link to the original project
• Please use a name different from the original. Something like "Community Material Theme" should be fine.
• Please use a logo different from the original.
• And it's just my personal request, but I'd appreciate if you could keep the links to the OpenCollective/PayPal (you can add yours though)
