This was a bit disappointing to me - it seems like the Brave Browser (a security, UX and freedom focused browser based on Chromium), which I otherwise really like, does not support Bookmarklets, at least not in their Linux Desktop software.
This means I cannot save Ellies to the Ellie Catalog if I want to keep using Brave. :(
Would it be possible to add another means of adding Ellies to the catalog? E.g directly on the landing page would be fine with me....
It would be nice if there was a link on the ellie catalog page you could drag straight to your toolbar and then use to add ellies to the catalog. That's how mozilla's bookmarklet doc says its supposed to work. The way it is now, dragging the 'this bookmarklet' link to the toolbar just gives you a link to the source, not a bookmarklet that does something.
Also, maybe a link to explanations of bookmarklets in general? This was my first bookmarklet experience and it took me a while to get it sorted.
It would be really nice if I as a user could search by package used in Ellie. Right now if I want to search for Ellies using elm-ui I have to rely on the name containing โelm-uiโ or similar. I donโt know if Ellie exposes this info however so may not be feasible.
