It's unclear whether this is the same problem as #5.

The rendered LaTeX images disappear after a while (due to QuickLaTeX purging them from their cache), which leaves a 'we couldn't load this image' message in the chat.

A good way to fix this may be to upload the images to Slack. However, this shouldn't clutter up the 'shared files' section of channels. If it does, we might need to implement our own (longer) caching.

I tried posting a message without an "=" character, but it didn't let me.

Could we get the amssymb package?

this allows us to use characters like \subsetneq (Subset, but not equal). As specified here: https://tex.stackexchange.com/a/185150

The physics package would be fantastically helpful, since it greatly cuts down the tedium of writing partial derivatives.

Could you add a Setup section to README.md?

This happens because Heroku puts instances to sleep after 30 minutes of inactivity, after which they have to spin up again, which takes longer than Slack's 3000ms timeout.

I am currently busy moving this to AWS Lambda. Lambda has spin-up times, too, but it doesn't have to start an entire web server, so I'm hopeful that this spin-up will stay under the 3000ms timeout.

When I click the authorize button to register the bot in my workspace the page simply times out.
