Hi Jamie,
Great package. Really like it.
It would be nice though to be able to deselect the property values.

With the default properties you can use a modifier to describe the property / add a hook for CSS, this doesn't seem to work as expected with the color picker property? Below just outputs the hex value instead of grid-row-scheme-value.
