Race conditions in file management services

My implementations of GameManager and PatchManager have race conditions as they check for the existence of a directory, THEN list from it. I did not see an easy workaround for this however.

Big-endian support

Currently, big-endian data types are unlikely to be supported. This isn't hard to do in itself, but I would not be comfortable having code to handle it without CI support.
