simpledo's Issues

"Done" in task edit is misleading

The "Done" button on the task edit page is misleading. I feel some hesitation. Is it "done editing" or "mark as done"? I suggest calling the button "Save", and it's what it does.

Tasks can be deleted with a single tap with no undo

A single short tap on a task deletes it. There is no way to undo it. Other TODO apps don't let me delete tasks so easily. The cost of accidental task deletion can be significant - missing a meeting, getting late to an airport, failure to take a drug on time. The cost of not deleting a task with a single click is trivial - I still remember I have done it. I think the default tap action should be editing the task or maybe a menu asking what to do.

Dash in task names not allowed

What's wrong with calling Jean-Jacques or buying tickets to Stratford-upon-Avon? Funny enough, I can create tasks in Russian, so Unicode must be supported, but a standard ASCII symbol is not allowed.
