We need to set the symbolic name of each sensor (e.g. "RIGHT (USF)")
when we initialize and ship each sensor to a site. Right now the sensors
identify themselves using an obscure Apple mechanism which is not fixed
across iOS updates. This has caused problems to date.

This feature likely requires both changes to the FW plus some local iPad support (hidden feature in StagApp???)

The standard setting of the acceleration scale in the TI FW for the Invensense MPU9250 seems ok (options = 2G, 4G, 8G, 16G) at 8G full scale. The gyro scale (options = +/-250, 500, 1000, 2000 deg/sec) Default TI setting is 250. Must be increased to 500 (unlikely to require more, but TBD after some testing.)

Both of these values should be locked in the FW and not changeable by button pressing, etc.

There are some frustrations with the TI firmware currently. For
example, pressing the power button in the "wrong" way can change internal
parameters such as the transmission type and scaling of the accelerometer
data. We need to lock these things down so they don't happen in the field.

Specifically, we need to define just what the behavior of all sequences of button pushes shall be, including permitting re-flashing.

Consider modifying the SensorTag FW to remove TI services that aren't used by our app. Also consider modifying the FW so that the app cannot change certain settings that we don't want changed from certain fixed values.

We would like to be able to monitor the battery level and provide feedback to
the clinicians, rather than changing batteries "just in case" or "not in
time." This may or may not be possible in the SensorTag FW.

If possible, it will require FW changes as well as StagApp UX changes.

The built-in 10 measurements per second rate of the TI Sensors should
be much higher. 50 to 100 times per second should be doable.
