Update the search method to use multiple libraries (they are already loaded in the server).

Create a config class that is passed to the Flask app and to the Engine with information such as:

• lib files location
• SpectraST tuning params

Define a SpectrumLibrary class that we can use to store the library RDDs together with metadata.

Then we can store a dictionary of these objects and perform stats and searches dynamically. Right
now we have a fixed number of libraries with its names (human, mouse, contaminants).
