Add a feedback form

Do not consider a user for similarity comparison unless they have rated 5 or more beers in common.

Add README documentation

Make a link under the brewery that, when clicked, displays the beer description.

Add pages for "About" and privacy terms

Beers that a user has already rated should not appear in recommendations

Make the estimated rating more apparent that it is an estimate.

And figure out how to indicate "unable to estimate a rating" when it happens.

And it we couldn't find any recommendations based on similarity, fall back on the highest average rating across the the board.

In the case where no similar users can be determined to find recommendations, fall back on something else. Maybe just the highest average rated beers? Don't just show an empty page.

Update data with new info and migrate any remaining functionality to BreweryDB API v2

Use more OpenID providers, plus Facebook and Twitter

Maybe fall back on the highest rated overall?
