Description of task
Implement the base classes that will be used to create a game map. The file parsing function should be able to create a map object implemented during this issue.

The classes to be implemented should be taken from the draw.io document.

Use draw.io to define the data structures required to build the game, this document will be updated throughout the semester to reflect the current state of the program.

The documented should be uploaded to a google drive and shared with the rest of the team.
