Add "Active" Field to Users
We should be able to hide user that are no longer active or shouldn't be shown anymore. Their game history should remain, but they will be hidden from leaderboards and new results.
Show "Not Shown" players on main screen
A section of 'Not Shown' players is needed on the main screen. Players with less than 10 games are hidden from the leaderboard, but should still be shown on the screen.
Hide Players on Leaderboard with less than 10 total games
New players with less than 10 games should not show up in the main leaderboard.
