Hello, I'm interested by your algorithm but don't understand well how it works yet...
Is it possible to add a summary of the operations you're doing in the readme or the wiki of your project?

Also, what's the difference between BucketCompressor() and Compress() ?

It currently says:
"Cool trick to store 4 5-bit values in one 16 value."
and not "16-bit"

clueless me - I don't see how one gets so few possibilities for 4 - 4 bit values ...

please elaborate!
