Implement "related" option, add conditional implementation 

Per http://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-showing-most-recent-video:

Currently, the "?" is added to the embed string only if autoplay is enabled. 
"&rel=0" is automatically appended, regardless of autoplay's presence. With 
autoplay off, this makes an invalid embed because the code should then be 
"?rel=0".

The solution would be more conditional statements so that regardless of which 
option is used, the correct "?" will be added to the embed.

Additionally, we should probably have an option for "Show related videos?"
