Need to update server side manual

In order to set client enviroment, available server is necessary.
I think that it is need to share public server(information of ip, port) or update additional server settting manual

Improve picking up daemon algorithm

Research : Another distribute compiler algorithm

First goal : Implement like another distribute compiler.
Second goal : Implement unique algorithm optimized the secc

I'm assigning this issue. If you have good idea, please let me know
