Cannot install mod_php71u + httpd24u on CentOS 6
mod_php71u wants httpd-mmn = 20051115 which is of course not present in httpd24u, its only present in the vanilla CentOS httpd (2.2) packages.
I think it will probably require a "httpd24u-mod_php71u" package.

I was unable to find Zend OPcache in IUS repo for PHP 7.1
Same for INTL extension
PHP error on restart for EL6
On a CentOS6 VM I haven't had a chance to upgrade to CentOS7/EL7, the recent php 7.1.8 update causes this error on install or restart;

Multiple PHP-FPM instances running w/ php71u-fpm-7.1.10-1.ius.centos6.x86_64
Hi,
I installed php71u-fpm-7.1.10-1.ius.centos6.x86_64 on an Amazon Linux (AMI release 2017.09) instance and restarting the service gives the following error:
[root@ip-172-31-1-30 log]# service php-fpm restart
Stopping php-fpm: [FAILED]
Starting php-fpm:
[17-Oct-2017 15:30:11] ERROR: An another FPM instance seems to already listen on /run/php-fpm/www.sock
[17-Oct-2017 15:30:11] ERROR: FPM initialization failed
[FAILED]
There's are custom settings in /etc/php-fpm.d/www.conf but the problem persists when it's replaced by the packaged version.
It appears that the problem was introduced here:

Uncommenting the pid file path fixes the problem.

Unment dependencies when installing php71u-gd
Trying to install php71u-gd on CentOS 6.x throws an error:
Error: Package: php71u-gd-7.1.9-2.ius.centos6.x86_64 (/php71u-gd-7.1.9-2.ius.centos6.x86_64)
Requires: libwebp.so.5()(64bit)
webp support was enabled as a resolution to #10 , however libwebp-0.4.3-3 (the latest version) is not present in IUS.
Should this package be added as a dependecy?
Opcache huge_code_pages errors on CentOS6
I am running CentOS6, have installed php71u and php71u-opcache and am getting the following warning when running a PHP script:
PHP Warning: Zend OPcache huge_code_pages: mmap(HUGETLB) failed: Cannot allocate memory (12) in Unknown on line 0
After a bit of internet spelunking I think the root cause is thus:
Opcache has a config option called huge_code_pages that lets you take advantage of huge page sizes. This is now enabled by default in php71u. In php70u this was disabled by default so it never cropped up before.
It turns out that CentOS6 doesn't support huge code pages. So thus can this config line be removed for CentOS6 RPMs? Commenting out the opcache.huge_code_pages=1 config line stops the warning from appearing.

PHP 7.1.30 has been out for a while and contains some fairly important security fixes: https://www.php.net/ChangeLog-7.php#PHP_7_1 . Any chance of getting that in the repo?

PHP-71u conflicts with EL7 version of OpenSSL (expects fedora OpenSSL)

I've just faced really strange problem. On fresh Centos7 instance on AWS with EPEL and IUS repos I'm experiencing sporadic OpenSSL conflict - it's like IUS php71u packages expect fedora OpenSSL 1.0.2 instead of native to Centos7 OpenSSL 1.0.1. Here is the example
