On-the-Go Oracle

The OTGO will be a separate project, which will try to estimate the current oracle price.

Why?

This is needed because right now the Oracle only updates once every 23 hours.

What about OTGC?

I don't know 🤷‍♀️

It was noticed that when the Oracle report fails to get pushed, the {re|de}base is logged using the data of last report.

This has deeper implications than apparent. The following takes place if its in the neutral zone (like now):

• The pair reserves do not change
• The last price does not change
• Data aggregators like @coingecko report "X_change_24h" as NULL

• Services built atop such API endpoints break / throw up 🤮
• Code flows are interrupted.

• Functions error out.
  Something similar happened with rebtra (v0.0.313).

Next monetary policy revision estimate is broken : defaults

Possible fix

• Reorder code execution into a non-blocking fashion

• Pinch to zoom
• Tooltips on hover

Upto now, custom vanilla old-school was good. Add "flex" or "grid".
