Main logo is magnified and looks blurred a little

Possible solutions:

resize the image to fit the block (by re-saving an original vector logo)
adjust CSS for .logo-pic

Carousel initialization fails

It looks like someone have commented out the owlCarousel lib inclusion, but forgot to handle it's initialization (app.js:79).
This needs either to be wiped or the library inclusion uncommented.

There's a lot of commented parts of html documents, this looks ugly

TODO: wipe  from all *.html files. Git saves all the changes: no need to keep these lines.

Buy tickets buttons are unresponsive

User expects to get some visual feedback on his interaction with button.
I think, scrolling the page (like menu item click) will solve this. Another option is to show some modal to user telling him how sorry we are and when he may expect this button to work.

P.S. I'd rather add a subscription field for user to leave his email. This is a good way to prevent us from losing the user. We already have a mailchimp account for IT KPI and I can easily create additional list for TEDxKPI. It can be done like in minutes.
