As said in the title, the config file isn't generated, the mod works fine however :P
I'll try to take a look at your code, might be the directory that isn't found or adapted to server use

Throwing an egg while being in water breaks the functionality of all eggs and makes them unusable. I cannot use spawn eggs anymore. All living things stop moving as well. Restarting the game does not help, neither does removing the mod. I cannot use spawn eggs anymore. Good thing that I found out during testing. This happens in both water and lava (any liquid I assume). This bug is reproducible as it happens every time. Please fix, I love this mod.
