Rewrite the react code https://github.com/iteria-app/example-material-ui into sveltekit (new sapper successor).

Use following libraries:

• sveltematerialify for ui components and if possible please demonstrate customization of colors
• formatjs for localized messages (please externalize all texts to json files), numbers and dates (please format all numbers)
• urql for quering and mutation of customers using graphql (see pull request in the original react example repo iteria-app/material-ui-starter#9)
• castle for authorizing customer fields (this is not yeat used in the original example react repo, please configure that all fields will be authorized/displaied at the moment)
